Chef’s Intensive Tour of Oaxaca

The tour consists of seven days of in-depth study for chefs and avid cooks. Learn the secrets of Oaxacan, Pre-Hispanic, Yucatecan and Contemporary Mexican cuisine. The courses are all participative, cooking in local family homes or 5-star restaurants, to give participants a wide perspective, also involving art and culture, birding, boat rides and exploring places with off the grid-tourism.

From polished Michelin-starred restaurants to countryside farms where Slow Food Presidium pigs are raised. You’ll shop at colorful food markets, including La Boqueria in Barcelona, cook in one of the famous members-only Gastronomic Societies in San Sebastian and, of course, sample the magnificent local wines visiting family-run Rioja and Cava wineries
