You’ve read about the famous foods of Oaxaca -- now come join us for an action-packed, seven-day, exclusive IACP course in Oaxacan gastronomy and culture led by Chef Susana Trilling and her expert crew at Seasons of My Heart Cooking School!
Enjoy a variety of activities such as learning to grind herbs on the pre-Hispanic metate in a traditional village kitchen, visiting markets and cantinas, meeting local artisans and food producers, and exploring the history and architecture of an ancient culture of natural-born “foodies” in southern Mexico. This tour offers the best culinary and cultural treasures Oaxaca has to offer!
The tour is for IACP members, and each member can invite one guest each!
Dates: Saturday January 18 thru Saturday January 25, 2014.
Price: $2,490 US per person which, including hotel (double occupancy), sampling a range of foods that Oaxaca has to offer, classes, entrance fees, most meals, and transportation within Oaxaca. (Single supplement is $250 US.)
