Registration

Attention IACP Members!  Registration for the conference is being offered online! It’s fast, easy, and provides an immediate confirmation of your registration.

To facilitate a smooth online registration process, you should first review and become familiar with the conference program.  Then, when ready to register, have the program window open on your browser, and then click the REGISTER ONLINE NOW link below.  The order of registration matches the order of the program, so that you can quickly compare concurrent sessions to make sure you register for the session which is most appropriate to meeting your conference goals. Please note that processing of your credit card charge may take 2-3 days, and that the logon account for the online registration process is one that you create and is not based on your IACP Web site login.  A print registration form and printable conference program (see below) are available for your use if needed.

Online registration for the 2009 Conference will be available until Tuesday, March 17. After that date, registration will be available onsite only, beginning March 30.  Registration fees and details are listed below.
 

Full Conference Registration Fees

Full Conference Registration includes attendance at all educational sessions, social events and meals that are planned as part of the conference agenda, beginning with the opening reception on Wednesday evening, April 1 through the final concurrent session of workshops on Saturday afternoon, April 4. 

The registration fee does not include events that are identified as optional.  Optional events include:  the pre-conference culinary tours on Tuesday, the Section Forums, advanced level classes, luncheon and optional sessions on Wednesday, the evening events on Thursday and Friday, the master classes on Saturday, and the Gala After-Party.  Each of these is a ‘ticketed’ event and requires an additional fee as noted on the registration form.

To take advantage of the “Early Bird” discounted fee of $595, registrations must be received by Friday, February 27.  The regular conference fee of $655 will apply to those registrations received between Saturday, February 28 and Tuesday, March 17.  All registrations received after Tuesday, March 17 will be considered onsite registrations and will incur a late charge of $50 (raising the conference fee to $705).  These deadlines apply to all registrants regardless of residency location.
 

Non-Member Registration

If you are not a member of IACP but meet the eligibility requirements and would like to attend the conference, you may do so by paying an additional $100 fee which includes a six-month trial membership.  After registering, to complete your trial membership and begin receiving membership privileges, please contact IACP Headquarters at (800) 928-4227, (404) 252-3663, or via e-mail at info@iacp.com for more information. 

Day Pass Registration

Day Passes, which may be purchased for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, provide access to all conference programming, workshop sessions, business functions, meals and breaks scheduled as part of the conference agenda for that particular day.  Evening social functions, including the Awards Reception/Ceremony and optional workshops and seminars, are not included in the fee for Day Passes.  However, access to those events may be purchased a la carte.

Guest (Spouse/Companion) Registration

Your spouse/companion is allowed to purchase access to certain meal and social functions offered during the conference a la carte.  Please note this special registration category does not include access to general sessions, educational programming or workshop presentations.

Refund Policy

A full refund, less a processing fee of $100, will be granted only if written, faxed or emailed notification of cancellation is received at IACP Headquarters no later than Tuesday, March 17. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed following the conference.

Confirmation & Payment

Confirmation of your online registration will be automatically emailed to you upon completion of your online registration.  If you are paying by check, please send your payment to IACP within 5 business days of registering online.  Your registration will not be completed until payment has been received in full.  If for some reason you are unable to meet this deadline, please contact IACP Headquarters.

All IACP Annual International Conference and Culinary Showcase events are hosted by IACP.  Please remember the IACP policy that no concurrent group meetings or social functions be held that conflict with official IACP activities.
