Full Conference Registration

Full conference registration includes attendance at all daytime workshops, Night Owl sessions, social events, and meals that are planned as part of the conference agenda, beginning with the Host City Opening Reception on Wednesday evening, April 21 through the final workshops on Saturday afternoon, April 24. 

The registration fee does not include events that are identified as optional.  Optional events include:  the pre-conference culinary tours on Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday and the evening events on Friday/Saturday.  Each of these is a ‘ticketed’ event and requires an additional fee as noted on the program and registration form.

Day Pass Registration

Day Passes, which may be purchased for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, provide access to all conference programming, workshop sessions, Night Owl sessions, business functions, meals and breaks scheduled as part of the conference agenda for that particular day.  Evening social functions, including the Host City Opening Reception (Wednesday), the Gala Awards Reception/Ceremony (Thursday), and the Culinary Expo &and Book Fair (Friday) are included in the Day Pass fee.  If you are purchasing a Day Pass as a non-member, read details below.

Guest Registration

Your guest is allowed to purchase access to certain social functions specified below offered during the conference a la carte, and may register for these online.  Please note this special registration category does not include access to all other meals, general sessions, breakout sessions or workshop presentations.  All optional tours and dinners are open to guests.

Discover IACP:  Non-Members Welcome!

If you are culinary professional but currently not a member of IACP, we would still like to introduce you to IACP through the 2010 Conference.  There are several options available to you.  The Full Conference Registration offers the best value as it includes a full one year membership in IACP.   (Please note that this opportunity is for new and first-time members only.)  Come and see for yourself why IACP membership is considered one of the best investments a culinary professional can make in their career.   

Refund Policy

A full refund, less a processing fee of $100, will be granted only if written, faxed or emailed notification of cancellation is received at IACP Headquarters no later than Friday, April 9. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. All refunds will be processed following the conference.

Confirmation and Payment

Confirmation of your online registration will be automatically emailed to you upon completion.  If you are paying by check, please send your payment to IACP within five (5) business days of registering online.  Your registration will not be completed until payment has been received in full.  If for some reason you are unable to meet this deadline, please contact IACP Headquarters. Make checks payable to International Association of Culinary Professionals, accompanied by your full name and contact information. Registration and Information Desk

The Conference Registration and Information Desk will be centrally located at the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower Hotel Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday but will be located at the Oregon Convention Center on Friday.  (All conference functions will be held at the Convention Center on Friday.)
