Join Paola's class on corn, nixtamal, and masa at the Skirball Cultural Center.
On January 18th, IACP Member Paola Briseño will be presenting the first session in a three-session class on the history and culture of grains, held at the Skirball Cultural Center. Her class, Corn, Nixtamal, and Masa will feature tortillas and champurrado. Paola is the executive director of the Taste of Mexico Association.
