Her current beats are sustainable agriculture, animal welfare, food policy, and culinary trends, all with a Northern California focus. Tara has also written several cookbooks, including "Root to Stalk Cooking: The Art of Using the Whole Vegetable" and "The Blue Bottle Craft of Coffee". Her work has appeared in Food & Wine, Sunset, the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, and Denver Post, among other publications.
