IACP Member Wins James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast

Congratulations to IACP member Steven Satterfield, who was awarded the 2017 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southeast. Steven is Executive Chef and Co-Owner of the Atlanta, GA restaurant Miller Union. This is his fifth consecutive nomination for the award. His first book “Root to Leaf” was a finalist for a 2016 IACP Cookbook Award in the Julia Child First Book category. See more press coverage of his James Beard Foundation win below:
