We’re so excited about our 40th anniversary conference that we’re kicking off registration extra early this year! Starting November 6th, all IACP members will be able to buy a ticket to core IACP conference for the low price of $800. This is the same cost for a ticket as our 2012 New York conference! We advise you buy now — once the full program for conference launches in early December, the member price for a ticket goes up to $900.Not yet an IACP member? Join IACP now.
To purchase a conference pass, you’ll simply login to the ticketing page when it launches on November 6th and buy your ticket with a few clicks. This core conference ticket includes programming from the afternoon of Friday, February 23rd to the evening of Sunday February 25th. You won’t choose any food tours, workshops, or specific sessions at this time (you’ll be adding those on later!) – you’ll just be guaranteeing your spot at conference at the lowest rate.
Starting in early December, we’ll launch our full conference program and you’ll get the complete picture of all our speakers and sessions. At that time, all the folks who renewed extra early this year (by April 30th) will get first crack at signing up for our limited space workshops and food tours. Next, we’ll give access to all those who renewed before June 30th. Then, the rest of membership will be able to register for these optional ticketed events.
If you still need to book your hotel room, you can get your room at a discounted rate here. Our hotel room rates will go up starting in early December, so book ASAP!
If you have any questions about the conference registration process, please contact Margaret Crable, Communications and Marketing Manager at email@example.com.
