Dorie Greenspan
Inducted into the “Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America,” Dorie Greenspan is the author of twelve cookbooks. Her most recent is Dorie’s Cookies. A three-time James Beard Foundation award-winner for her cookbooks and magazine articles, Dorie has collaborated with many celebrated chefs, among them Julia Child (Dorie wrote Baking with Julia). Pati Jinich
Pati Jinich is host of the Imagen Award winning and Emmy and James Beard nominated PBS Television series Pati’s Mexican Table. Judy Pray
Judy Pray is Executive Editor of Artisan Books where she acquires and edits lifestyle books with a particular focus on cooking. Judy is the editor of the New York Times bestselling cookbook Heritage by Sean Brock, and she is Edward Lee’s editor on both Smoke & Pickles and his forthcoming book. Raquel Pelzel
Award winning writer Raquel Pelzel is the author of TOAST: The Cookbook and Eggplant and has collaborated on more than 20 cookbooks with chefs and celebrities. A former Cook’s Illustrated editor, Raquel was also the senior food editor at Tasting Table. Adeena Sussman
Adeena Sussman is the co-author of ten cookbooks, most recently two New York Times best-sellers: Cravings, a collaboration with Chrissy Teigen, and The Sprinkles Baking Book. She lives half the year in Tel Aviv, where she is working on her own cookbook about Israeli food. Her first solo cookbook, Short Stack Editions’ Tahini, came out in September 2016.
