Tara Duggan is a James Beard Award-winning food writer with nearly 20 years of experience at the San Francisco Chronicle. Her current beats are sustainable agriculture, animal welfare, food policy, and culinary trends, all with a Northern California focus. Tara has also written several cookbooks, including Root to Stalk Cooking: The Art of Using the Whole Vegetable and The Blue Bottle Craft of Coffee.
