Judy is the editor of the New York Times bestselling cookbooks Heritage—winner of the IACP Julia Child First Book Award in 2015—and South, both by Sean Brock. She has edited several books that feature the intersection of culture and cuisine, including I Am a Filipino by Nicole Ponseca and Miguel Trinidad and Basque Country by Marti Buckley, voted IACP’s Best International Cookbook for 2019.
