The International Association of Culinary Professionals is pleased to offer five scholarships for emerging and mid-career culinary professionals, and one additional scholarship for a student enrolled in a food studies or culinary studies program, to attend the 2018 IACP Annual Conference in New York, February 23-25.
The conference includes sessions with renowned food writers, editors, photographers, chefs, and other industry leaders on topics that range from developing culturally appropriate recipes to using your cooking super powers for good in your community to producing culinary and creative retreats, to writing for food TV shows. And of course how to become the freelancer that everyone wants to hire!
Scholarship recipients will attend keynote addresses, breakout sessions, and social networking events, including a welcome party featuring some of NYC’s best chefs and our annual media awards ceremony. Plus, given the chance to network with 400+ culinary professionals.

To apply, please fill out the application by December 15th, 2017. All applications will be reviewed by the IACP Board of Directors and approved applicants will be informed of their acceptance by early January 2018.
This scholarship covers the cost of a core ticket to the IACP conference, allowing awardees to attend all keynotes, panels, and workshops (space depending). It does not cover travel, hotel accommodations, or tickets to food tours or master cooking classes.
