Who can enter:

The 2024 IACP Food Photography & Styling Awards are open to anyone who is passionate about food photography. The photographer, food stylist or prop stylist may enter the contest. All must have permission to use, and grant the rights to all content in the submission.

Entrants retain all rights to any image submitted, including ownership if applicable. When an image is selected as a finalist, the entrant will grant IACP a nonexclusive license to use the image in connection with the current, or any future contest and to promote the IACP Food Photography & Styling Awards. IACP will not use the image for any other purpose without written permission.

As a condition of this permission, IACP agrees to credit all images with the caption “© Copyright Holder’s Name.”

What to enter:

The awards are not based on a theme and are open to all photographic imagery depicting food. Submissions must be from the last calendar year (2023). Participants are not required to be an IACP member in order to enter the contest, or to attend the annual conference or awards ceremony to collect an award.

NO DYPTICH, TRIPTICH, or COLLAGE of images will be allowed. Photographs entered must not (at the sole discretion of the organizers) contain obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. Entries deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.

How to submit:
Fill out the online submission form here. One photograph per entry form, but multiple entries are allowed. There is no limit to the number of images you can submit.

Image Format
• 72dpi resolution
• sRGB or RGB colorspace preferred
• Longest edge must be no more than 1400 pixels
• No layered files
• JPEG format
• Less than 3MB file size

Finalist will be asked to submit a high-resolution file of at least 300dpi at 16×20 inches.

Filename
To avoid errors, use ONLY numeric characters.

Do not use punctuation or special characters such as ! @ # $ % ( ) ” –

Your rights:
